There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat.

31 DAYS OF PRAYER FOR AMERICA-NEW MEXICO AND NEW YORK

Thursday, October 23, 2014

Today let's be in prayer for:
~the leaders, churches and Christians of New Mexico and New York

~the soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen/women and guardsmen/women of our Armed Forces, thanking God for their service and asking Him to bless them with strength protection.

[Yesterday there was a shooting at the Canadian Parliament, there was a young officer killed while on duty. Our Service People put their lives on the line every day]

And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.
Acts 4:31

~let's also be praying for ourselves that we speak the Word of God with boldness. Our freedom of religion is coming under assault every day.

May God bless you and keep you today

I'm adding this young woman if you have time today. She is in the struggle of her life with terminal brain cancer with only a short time left unless God intervenes. Her wish is to get to play with her basketball team at Mt. St. Joseph College here in Cincinnati and her request has been granted. The game has been sold out.
Photo: Mount St. Joe freshman Lauren Hill has been battling terminal brain cancer for the past year. Her one wish is to have the chance to play in her first college basketball game. Today at 4 p.m. on The Now Cincinnati, we'll show you what the team is doing to make sure Lauren steps out on that court.
